I've installed Microsoft .NET 2.0 framework, but when I double click the game icon it doesnt start. Why?

Please confirm you're still having problems launching the downloaded version. Perhaps you have a firewall or other software or hardware block in place that is causing the game to not start.

I click on Play Online and the screen turns the reddish color, I even see that it 'loaded successfully', but yet, it just stays red. I see nothing else.
Any suggestions???
